As a teacher, I aim to give my students the tools they need to efficiently engage their voices from a place of body and breath awareness. I do this in the spirit of exploration and open communication and truly enjoy playing a part in the discoveries that my students make. I am happy to take students of all ages and skill levels. I prepare students for RCM voice exams and solo performances as well as work with students who wish to further develop their skills as choristers. I am teaching lessons online through Zoom and in-person.
A bit about me and my teaching experience: I hold a BMus and MMus from McGill University in Voice/Opera Performance and am currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Musical Arts program at the University of Toronto. After my master's, I moved to beautiful British Columbia where I had a full studio for over three years at the Delta Community Music School. Since then, I have been subbing in Toronto at the Upper Beaches Music School and have been maintaining a private studio.
